ONE SIDED MEDIATION
For our “One sided mediation” where we act for one party only and assist them to settle and resolve their differences with the other party, our client can choose whichever of our flexible fee structures they prefer.
Our hourly rate fee is quoted in advance, and payable at intervals during the currency of the matter.
The contingency fee is preferred by most clients. It is fixed at the outset as a percentage of the amount gained, or if the claim is against you the amount saved, as a result of our efforts. It is payable at the conclusion of the matter.
The comprehensive fee is a fixed cost covering all aspects of our work. It is payable in advance. Any disbursements are not included but have to be pre authorized by the client. This provides certainty of cost irrespective of the time taken.
All fees are subject to VAT
